What is up with those ugly chairs at Le Cirque-they look like banquet chairs at a cheap wedding hall.

I remember waiting on Mr Maccioni at Mesa Grill-He was just another bridge and tunnel asshole until his son pulled me aside and told me who he was. Damn, for owning a top restaurant he had bad table manners,but,he offered me a job and tipped 25%.
